Delphos is a company that has been providing services to the insurance market for 57 years, and this has only been possible until now due to the quality of the services it provides and the responsibility it has with its customers, internal employees, and suppliers.
I have been in the company for almost four and a half decades, and I truly believe that I have helped to build part of this history. I have a history of activities that began in a very analytical and operational role, but quickly led to management and market relations. Despite being an actuary, whose training is eminently technical, a great part of my career has been directed towards commercial endeavors, which has allowed me to have and offer a great deal of visibility into the business that Delphos can offer.
Being recognized as the Executive of the Year on Service Provider for the Insurance Sector category was a tribute that made me extremely honored and thrilled, as it confirms a career of dedication and hard work. This increases my responsibility as a market professional, as someone responsible for the company I represent, and as a woman, since it clearly shows how much those surveyed by the 2024 Insurance Corp Awards are aware of the issue of diversity and gender equity.
