Displaying broad national and International experience in drawing up, managing, and performing of technology planning and strategies, Mr. Nei Ogawa was Delphos’ superintendent between 2009 and 2013.
Delphos will now rely on a new talent in its IT team. Hired to head the Technology Directorship, a position which, since 2019, had been cumulatively performed by the Presidency, Nei Ogawa is Delphos’ bet to lead the entire area team, coordinating in-house and external demands
pertaining to technology operations geared to company business.

Among his main targets in this position, he points out: ensuring the quality of the services provided and offering new innovative solutions to its clients, expanding services to new publics, and placing professionals , always in contact with market trends.
The Director observes that, despite the pandemic, the market has exhibited better performance than forecast at the beginning of the isolation, especially as to technology. “I foresee growth for Delphos and, consequently, IT emphasis within the company and for the market , raison it to a position of importance”, he states.
Mr. Ogawa closes his statement staying, “technology is present everywhere and, in a certain way , within the reach of everyone. According to Forbes, the world’s 5 most valuable companies are found in technology , which demonstrastes the fast-placed growth in all areas.
As an example that IT can , currently, go much beyond its initial tasks of facilitating repetitive activities, he mentions, he mentions the possibility that, thanks to tools like Artificial Intelligence, charts the consumers’ profiles to position the appropriate products to each market niche.
